This page groups 37% and 38% because 37% currently has too few standalone examples to meet the site’s three-entry threshold. On women, both numbers describe a high-adipose, gynoid-dominant snapshot: a rounded abdomen, a thick waist, and substantial fat on the hips and thighs. Abdominal muscles are not visible. The face, arms, and upper back are full. The visual difference between 37 and 38 is smaller than DEXA’s typical error bar, so combining them is also a better match to what photographs can actually resolve. Compared with 33–35%, the midsection is deeper and the waist notch is weaker. Compared with 40%, some frames here still show a little more taper. Muscle mass, especially in the glutes and back, remains the main reason two people in this range can look unlike each other in clothes. The cards are examples, not a complete atlas of the high 30s.
