At 21%, the male waist continues to thicken and the abdominal wall looks uniformly covered. Any remaining upper-ab shadow is subtle. Love handles have a clear fold when the person sits. The navel sits in a softer field of tissue. Arms look less cut; triceps detail fades. Facial fullness is normal. Some men notice more fat on the chest and upper back. Legs look smoother, with less quad sweep visible unless muscle mass is high. This band is typical of men who train inconsistently or who eat at a long-running surplus.
