Thirty percent is a round, common female DEXA result in this index. The abdomen is rounded, the waist is thicker, and hips and thighs hold a substantial fat layer — the usual female pattern. Muscle shape is secondary unless the person is very well trained. The face looks like a typical adult. Vascularity is not part of the picture. This band is well represented in general-population research. Shirt-on, it is simply an average-to-full fit. Shirt-off, there is little abdominal shadow. The step from 25% is visible. The step from 35% is also visible, mainly as less depth through the midsection and a slightly sharper waist. One-point neighbors (29, 31) will overlap in photographs because measurement error and water sit in that same range.
